Collection of Personal Information

TAPPP enables you to obtain certain digital content by verifying your purchase of a limited purpose prepaid card. TAPPP does not directly provide digital content to you. After your purchase is verified by TAPPP, TAPPP will direct you to the website of the content provider. In order to verify your purchase so that you may obtain digital content directly from a content provider, you may be asked to create an account with TAPPP and to provide certain personal information (hereinafter, “information” or “personal information”) to TAPPP, including the PIN associated with the prepaid card, your zipcode, your email address and/or your mobile phone number. We may also collect device-specific information, such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information, including phone number.

The amount of personal information collected by TAPPP in order to verify your purchase varies based on information it is required to collect pursuant to TAPPP’s agreements with content providers. The personal information received by TAPPP and held by TAPPP shall be treated consistently with this Privacy Policy. Any information you provide directly to a content provider will be subject to the Privacy Policy, if any, of such content provider. TAPPP is not responsible for any information you provide directly to a content provider, or for the use of your personal information by a content provider.

You are not required to provide information to TAPPP, however, in the event you are unwilling to provide the information requested by TAPPP, TAPPP may be unable to verify your purchase and you may be unable to obtain products and services from content providers.

Collection of Non-Personal Information

When you access the website, TAPPP may collect non-personal information that does not identify specific individuals, such as your language, zip code, area code, unique device identifier, referrer URL, location, time zone and activities on the website. Aggregated data, which is a collection of information that does not identify specific individuals, is considered non‑personal information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy. Except in limited instances to ensure quality of our services over the Internet, such information will not be associated with your IP address. All personal information obtained by TAPPP is stored in relational databases with restricted and monitored access on the TAPPP systems with at least 2 levels of firewall separation. All data access to such databases is logged and monitored. TAPPP does not provide personal information to third party systems for independent distribution. TAPPP does use third party mailing services and API’s to send marketing emails and similar other contacts to customers who have opted in to TAPPP’s program.

Access by Minors

TAPPP does not collect information related to the age of persons who access TAPPP’s website. However, children under the age of 13 are not permitted to create their own accounts with TAPPP unless their parent(s) provide verifiable consent. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child under 13 without the verifiable consent of their parent(s), we will delete such information and the account associated with such information.
